Klaviyo believes that a strong internal brand is just as important as the one it shows the world. We partnered with Klaviyo to bring that philosophy to life—creating a range of internal brand projects designed to inspire, connect, and celebrate their employees.

2024 Sales Kickoff

Each year, Klaviyo hosts a Sales Kickoff conference to bring their global sales team together. For this year’s event, the creative direction was inspired by Top Gun and 80’s nostalgia. We developed a custom conference identity, a looping animated sizzle reel, and a series of iron-on patches awarded to top performers—each one designed to echo the look and spirit of classic Top Gun squadron patches.

Internal Brand Materials

We designed a suite of internal swag to help build connection and a sense of belonging among employees. From t-shirts and tote bags to a thoughtfully crafted employee welcome kit, each piece was designed to feel authentic and aligned with the company’s culture.
